Creative Community Pottery is a Community Interest Company (C.I.C) seeking to benefit the local community through the provision of pottery classes and makers' facilities. Promoting and preserving the heritage of pottery in the local area as well as creating accessible creative opportunities for all. Engaging with local potters and communities to share the social, physical, and mental health benefits of pottery. Offering support and learning to those with no previous experience or access to creative space. Bringing craft and creativity back into the region and offering the opportunity to reinvigorate it's creative reputation.
We have yet to find premesis and are currently searching for an inspirational space in the regions of Clay Cross, Chesterfield and Matlock.
